Refund Policy

1. Our commitment
Socialayze stands behind every order. If something goes wrong on our side, we will refill, partially refund, or fully refund your order according to the rules below. Questions: socialayze@hotmail.com.
2. Full refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- We were unable to start your order within 72 hours of payment, or
- Your order is technically impossible to deliver (e.g. the platform blocks delivery to your account type), or
- You request a cancellation before delivery has started.
3. Partial refund
If delivery has started but cannot be completed (for example because you switched the account to private mid-delivery, deleted the post, or changed the username), we will refund the undelivered portion only.
4. 30-day refill guarantee
For followers and subscribers, we offer a free refill for any drop that occurs within 30 days of delivery. To claim a refill, email us with your order number and the affected account.
5. Non-refundable cases
- Orders submitted with an incorrect username or URL.
- Accounts that are set to private after the order has started.
- Orders that have been fully delivered as described.
- Drops outside the 30-day refill window.
- Chargebacks opened without first contacting our support.
6. How to request a refund
Email socialayze@hotmail.com with:
- Your order number,
- The email used at checkout,
- A short description of the issue.
We reply within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
