1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of socialayze.com and any services provided by Socialayze ("we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Questions: socialayze@hotmail.com.
2. The service
Socialayze provides social media marketing services, including the delivery of followers, likes, views and subscribers to public Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts and posts. We never request or use your password. You retain full control of your account at all times.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Socialayze. You must own the account or post you submit, or be authorised to promote it.
4. Orders & delivery
- Orders typically begin processing within minutes and are delivered gradually for safety.
- You must provide an accurate public username/URL. We are not responsible for orders submitted with the wrong details.
- Your account must remain public until delivery is complete.
- Do not place multiple overlapping orders for the same account at the same time.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are displayed in the checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorise the charge of the total amount shown.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Socialayze for illegal content, hate speech, harassment, adult/explicit material, content that promotes self-harm, or content that infringes third party rights. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
7. Third party platforms
Socialayze is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Each platform sets its own terms; you are responsible for complying with them on your own account.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to deliver every order on time and offer a 30-day refill guarantee where applicable (see Refund Policy), but we cannot guarantee specific engagement, monetisation, audience reactions, or that delivered metrics will remain permanently on third party platforms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
